When you receive a bill from a supplier, QuickBooks Online makes it easy to record it and pay it when it's due.
Here, you'll learn how to enter a bill, and how to pay bills using either the Pay Bills page, which lets you pay multiple bills and multiple suppliers at the same time, or using the Cheque page, which provides more information about a bill, but is better suited to paying one supplier at a time.
